This Licensing Information Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the licensing terms and conditions for the use of third-party content sourced from Envato Elements, Artgrid, Motion Array, StoryBlocks, Artlist, and Epidemicsound (collectively referred to as "Third-Party Providers"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using any content obtained from these Third-Party Providers. By using such content, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1.1. Sourced Assets:
1.1.1. The content sourced from Envato Elements, Artgrid, Motion Array, StoryBlocks, Artlist, and Epidemicsound (referred to as "Sourced Assets") is subject to the licensing terms and conditions provided by the respective Third-Party Providers.
1.1.2. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the licensing terms of the Third-Party Providers from which the Sourced Assets are obtained. These licensing terms can be found on the respective Third-Party Providers' websites.
1.2. Usage Restrictions:
1.2.1. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Sourced Assets solely for the purpose of incorporating them into your video editing projects.
1.2.2. You may not resell, distribute, sublicense, or make the Sourced Assets available to any third party for any purpose without obtaining prior written permission from the Third-Party Providers.
1.2.3. You may not use the Sourced Assets in a manner that infringes upon any intellectual property rights or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
1.3. Copyright Issues:
1.3.1. While the Third-Party Providers strive to provide copyright-free or appropriately licensed content, there is a possibility of copyright issues arising from the use of the Sourced Assets.
1.3.2. In the event that you experience copyright issues with any of the Sourced Assets, you must promptly notify the Company. The Company will make reasonable efforts to assist and contact the respective Third-Party Providers to address the issue.
1.3.3. However, please note that the Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any copyright issues arising from the use of the Sourced Assets. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions for all content provided to the Company.
2.1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Sourced Assets or any copyright issues related thereto.
2.2. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Sourced Assets or any content provided by the Third-Party Providers.
3.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the European Union.
By using the Sourced Assets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Licensing Information Agreement.
